Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Laguna, Philippines. You will leverage your knowledge of industrial equipment and warehouse solutions to identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field, at least 2 years of sales experience in industrial products, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, construction equipment, or material handling equipment (fresh graduates welcome).
• Experience selling forklifts, stackers or warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management and business development abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
