PayJoy, Inc is seeking a sales representative to increase origination and integration of new partners in the assigned territory, conducting field visits to stores or kiosks to provide support, training, and incentive campaigns while ensuring compliance and achieving sales targets.

The role requires building strong merchant relationships, training teams, and analyzing market opportunities. Travel is required; transportation such as car or motorcycle is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years in Customer Service, Software Sales, field sales or telecom.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and negotiation abilities for store performance.
• Willingness to travel and use personal transportation.

Aufgaben

• Meet monthly sales and store activation targets by increasing merchant productivity.
• Train sales teams at stores, promote materials, and activate incentive campaigns.
• Develop merchant relationships to maintain healthy accounts and conversions.
• Identify new partners, verify requirements, and activate them with PayJoy.
• Maintain customer database, prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
