Testech, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional responsible for growing the customer base in Laguna-Calamba area. You will conduct field visits, maintain client relationships, and close deals by presenting offerings and preparing quotes.

Key requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1 year of field sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 year of field/outside sales experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable, and good at follow-up.
• Results-oriented and able to meet sales targets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Find and develop new customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and address their concerns.
• Present and explain products/services to clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate to close sales.
• Monitor and report sales activities and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper delivery and customer support.
• Keep client and sales records updated.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
