• Handle minor on-site repairs; elevate major issues to the maintenance team.
• Manage battery swapping or charging where applicable.
• Train new drivers on operational protocols, company policies, and safe driving practices.
• Brief drivers on how to use the company’s tracking app for trip monitoring, navigation, and performance tracking.
• Educate drivers on reporting incidents, vehicle issues, and using support features within the app.
• Monitor driver behavior and adherence to company rules and local traffic laws.

Job Summary:

Field Executives play a key role in on-ground operations, ensuring the efficient deployment,

maintenance, monitoring, and performance of vehicles and drivers. They are also responsible

for training drivers on the use of company tools and ensuring compliance with company

protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Deployment & Redistribution :
