• Handle minor on-site repairs; elevate major issues to the maintenance team.
• Manage battery swapping or charging where applicable.
• Train new drivers on operational protocols, company policies, and safe driving practices.
• Brief drivers on how to use the company’s tracking app for trip monitoring, navigation, and performance tracking.
• Educate drivers on reporting incidents, vehicle issues, and using support features within the app.
• Monitor driver behavior and adherence to company rules and local traffic laws.
• Report and document violations such as misuse of vehicles, unsafe driving, or non-compliance with uniform and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular disciplinary briefings and refresher training to reinforce professional conduct and operational standards.
• Assist customers in the field with vehicle access, app issues, or ride concerns.
