Job summary

Hightimely Corporation is seeking a Field Marketing Staff to promote logistics and courier services, generate new business, and maintain strong client relationships. You will conduct market research, implement marketing strategies, and coordinate with operations to ensure excellent service.

The role requires fieldwork, travel within assigned areas, and a valid driver's license with own motorbike or scooter. Strong communication and sales skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own motorcycle or scooter.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's logistics, courier, and delivery services to individuals and corporate clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and online channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service quotations to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure customer requirements are communicated and fulfilled.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and company events.
• Manage social media inquiries and respond to customer concerns with the Customer Service Team.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and business leads.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, trade events, and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
