Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of sales operations, distributor coordination, merchandising, pricing, and account monitoring.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret sales and market data.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service abilities.
• Experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, or FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, collection, and distribution targets.
• Manage and develop distributor accounts and customer outlets.
• Ensure product availability, merchandising standards, pricing, and promotions.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and monitor stock levels, competitors, and market trends.
• Coordinate with Credit & Collection, Warehouse, QA, and other departments to address operational concerns.
• Assist in trade marketing activities, customer events, and market development initiatives.
• Attend training programs and other Company activities.
