Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking a results-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to drive distributor partnerships, ensure product availability, and maintain merchandising standards across outlets.

You will manage accounts, monitor pricing and promotions, prepare timely reports, and coordinate with Credit, Warehouse, QA, and other departments to address issues and achieve targets. Travel to outlets for visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• With valid driver's license
• Knowledge of sales operations, distributor coordination, merchandising, pricing, and account monitoring.
• Good analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Results-oriented, organized, and capable of handling fieldwork, distributor coordination, and multiple account concerns.
• Experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, or FMCG operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, collection, and distribution targets.
• Manage and develop assigned distributor accounts and customer outlets.
• Ensure product availability, merchandising standards, pricing, and promotional activities are properly implemented.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and monitor stock levels, competitor activities, and market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and merchandisers. Coordinate with Credit & Collection, Warehouse, QA, and other departments to address operational concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit timely sales, collection, price survey, competitor, merchandising, and outlet visit reports.
• Maintain accurate records of distributor performance, customer activities, and market intelligence.
• Assist in the implementation of sales programs, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Participate in sales meetings, route rides, and business reviews.
• Comply with Company policies, pricing guidelines, trade agreements, and sales procedures. Ensure proper documentation of sales activities and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
• Observe Company standards on Code of Conduct, Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, Halal, OSH, and other applicable regulations.
• Report operational risks, customer issues, and policy violations to Management.
• Assist in trade marketing activities, customer events, and market development initiatives. Attend training programs and other Company activities.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or Management.
