Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or IT-related course.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably IT.
• Familiarity with product/software development lifecycles and frameworks.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Affinity towards different aspects of marketing.
• Capable of cross-team collaboration.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Flexible and agile in the management of tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads who fit the target market for assigned products.
• Manage and maintain the client base to sustain sales efforts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiating and closing sales deals, as well managing renewals and upsells.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the product expert by staying up to date with product updates and development progress.
• Collaborate with the product development team, providing client feedback for the further improvement of the assigned products.
• Collaborate with other sales and technical teams as a product champion, working on business development opportunities where assigned products may be offered.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
