Job summary

Spectra Healthcare Management seeks a Field Deployment Manager to lead end-to-end hardware deployments for commercial buildings, turning signed deals into data-reporting installations. The role is hands-on, coordinating cross-functional teams, IT, and field technicians to ensure proper coverage and clean data transmission.

You will engage during the sales cycle for floor-plan evaluation and own operations post-close, driving logistics, on-site problem solving, and stakeholder communications

Qualifications

• 3+ years field hardware deployments in occupied commercial environments.
• Experience coordinating on-site IT and low‑voltage trades.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings for hardware layouts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical field experience.
• Willingness to work across North America time zones.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Scoping & Architecture: analyze floor plans and drawings to determine precise hardware counts and coverage.
• Post-Close Onboarding: ensure data connectivity paths, align stakeholders, secure prerequisites and site access.
• Logistics & Schedule: manage deployment timelines, shipping, and vendor schedules for on-time execution.
• Installation Oversight: supervise device placement, diagnose live network issues with client IT teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: maintain alignment across Sales, CS, contractors, and client IT leadership.
