Dexory is transforming logistics with real-time data insights. We are seeking a Deployment Engineer to join our international team and deliver our products to clients across Europe, traveling for 1–2 weeks at a time.

When not traveling, you will be onsite at our Wallingford location, coordinating installations and providing expert hardware and software deployment support. The role demands strong debugging, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with hands-on

Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous hardware systems.
• Hands-on hardware in field deployments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to clients through successful deployment and integration.
• Coordinate with customers to plan installations including mechanical, electrical, software and network components.
• Perform on-site setup, configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting per project specs.
• Develop and maintain installation, deployment, and operational documentation for customers and internal teams.
• Serve as primary customer contact for deployment and installation of hardware and software platforms.
• Maintain clear communication with customers to resolve issues and ensure successful deployment activities.
