Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, HVAC controls, or building automation.
• Able to read MEP drawings and control wiring diagrams.
• Familiar with Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet protocols.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project.
• Valid driver’s license and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project specs and drawings to set comprehensive schedules.
• Oversee procurement and participate in cost reviews.
• Assist Operations Manager in contracting subcontractors and safety alignment.
• Conduct orientations with scope of work and diagrams for technicians.
• Track resources and document schedule impacts and change orders.
• Coordinate billing with accounting and plan commissioning resources.
