Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking a Field Deployment Manager in the Philippines to lead remote coordination of connected building deployments across commercial properties. You will guide third‑party installers, IT teams, and facilities, ensuring devices are configured, connected, and reporting clean data to cloud/BMS.

This role emphasizes hands‑on troubleshooting, cross‑team communication, and proactive issue resolution. This is a 100% remote position with local hours and some US overlap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of deploying physical tech in occupied commercial buildings (IoT, low‑voltage, security, AV, telecom, or building tech).
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction drawings.
• Hands-on field networking knowledge (IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, VLANs, firewall rules, connectivity).
• Experience coordinating third‑party contractors or field service teams.
• Strong project coordination and execution skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot remotely and guide on‑site troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end deployment projects from pre‑installation planning through go‑live.
• Review building plans to determine device and gateway placement.
• Coordinate third‑party installers, low‑voltage and general contractors, client IT, and facilities teams.
• Confirm site prerequisites are completed before installation.
• Track device quantities, progress, logistics, dependencies and milestones.
• Provide technical direction to contractors and resolve deployment blockers.
• Troubleshoot networking issues (IP, DHCP/DNS, VLANs, firewall rules, cabling).
• Coordinate with customer network admins to meet connectivity requirements.
