Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an IT company delivering an indoor air quality optimization platform that combines hardware, software, and expertise to assess, monitor, and improve air quality in commercial spaces.

The Remote IoT Deployment Manager will own the journey from signed deal to live deployment, ensuring every device is correctly placed, gateways provide coverage, and sensors report clean data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying or installing physical technology in commercial buildings.
• Ability to read floor plans and translate into a device layout.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of live install issues (network, power, firewall).

Responsibilities

• Scope the deployment with Sales during quoting and post-close setup.
• Own deployment timeline and ensure devices and gateways are installed and reporting data.
• Diagnose and resolve on-site issues, coordinating internal experts as needed.
• Coordinate installers, IT teams, and client stakeholders for go-live.
• Communicate progress to Sales and Customer Success.
