Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a supervisor to lead a team of credit and collection representatives, guiding them to meet policies and performance targets.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and process improvements, with weekend/shift flexibility and the chance to contribute to a dynamic, diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching a team of credit and collection professionals.
• Strong communication and people management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and adapt to shift schedules.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and be assigned in Cubao/Vertis North.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of credit and collection reps to meet targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills.
• Drive team productivity to optimize costs and improve performance.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory requirements including APE and training.
• Handle and resolve escalated calls as needed.
• Ensure discipline and observance of the EDP within the department.
• Assist with other tasks within the EC management team.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coach a team of credit and collection representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they adhere to company policies and meet performance targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
• Drive team productivity and effectiveness to optimize costs and improve performance.
• Monitor and ensure the team’s compliance in mandatory requirements which includes but is not limited to APE, Training, Courses, etc
• Handle and resolve escalated calls as need to
• Ensures discipline and observance of the EDP within the department
• Assists with other tasks that might be needed within the EC (Early Collections) management team

What You Need to Have:

• Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City and/or Vertis North
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience managing a team
• Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Can work under minimal supervision
