Job summary

Responsibilities

• Pursue pre-collection and resolution of past due accounts by engaging with customers.
• Carry out fieldwork and meet with delinquent customers to collect payments.
• Prepare status reports on accounts, including actions taken and current balance.
• Document customer interactions, POS transactions, and field visits in the Field Visit app.
