Job summary

Skyro is seeking a Field Operations Associate to support pre-collection and field visits in Laguna and nearby municipalities. You will engage customers with past-due accounts, collect payments, and document all interactions using our mobile app.

Ideal candidates are HS graduates with a motorcycle and valid license, willing to work in Santa Cruz, Nagcarlan, Pila, and surrounding towns, and comfortable using personal devices for work.

Qualifications

• At least HS grad, own motorcycle and valid driver's license.
• Familiar with Santa Cruz, Nagcarlan, Pila, Alaminos, Pagsanjan, Siniloan, Victoria, Magdalena.
• Willing to be assigned to the listed areas.
• Have a powerbank and charging cables for cellphone.
• Target-oriented and willing to use personal cellphone for work.

Responsibilities

• Pursue pre-collection and resolution of past due accounts by contacting customers.
• Carry out fieldwork and meet delinquent accounts; collect payments.
• Prepare status reports on accounts and mystery shopping findings.
• Document interactions, POS transactions, field visits, and anti-fraud notes in the Field Visit app.
• Perform other roles as needed to support business needs.
