Job summary

Skyro, a fast-growing fintech company in the Philippines, is seeking a diligent Field Collections Agent to support pre-collection activities and on-site visits in Dinalupihan, Bataan. You will engage customers with delinquent accounts, document interactions, and help resolve outstanding balances while maintaining compliance and accurate records.

The role requires mobility with your own motorcycle, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work in the field across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• HS graduate with motorcycle and valid driver's license.
• Familiar with Dinalupihan, Bataan area.
• Willing to be assigned to the specified areas.
• Own power bank and charging cables for mobile device.
• Target-oriented and able to use personal cellphone for work.

Responsibilities

• Pursue pre-collection and resolution of past due accounts by contacting customers.
• Carry out fieldwork and meet customers with delinquent accounts.
• Collect payments using POS or digital tools with proper receipts.
• Conduct mystery shopping and validate merchant activities.
• Plan routes and complete field visits promptly.
• Prepare status reports and document interactions and validations.
• Perform other roles as needed.
