Job summary

Responsibilities

• Pursue pre-collection and resolve delinquent accounts by engaging with customers.
• Carry out fieldwork and meet with customers to collect payments, document transactions.
• Prepare status reports on accounts, mystery shopping, fraud validation, and quality observations.
• Accurately document field interactions, POS transactions, and visits in the Field Visit app.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business needs.
