Job summary

Skyro is hiring a Field Collections Officer in the Philippines to support pre-collection activities and field visits in Tanauan City and nearby areas. You will engage customers to resolve delinquent accounts, collect payments via POS or digital tools, and document all interactions accurately.

The role requires owning a motorcycle, a driving license, and willingness to work in assigned locations; power banks for devices are needed.

Qualifications

• HS graduate with own motorcycle and a valid license.
• Willing to work in Tanauan City and Malvar areas.
• Target oriented and able to handle field tasks.
• Powerbank and charging cables for CP are provided by you.

Responsibilities

• Pursue pre-collection and resolve past due accounts by engaging customers.
• Carry out fieldwork and meet delinquent account holders.
• Collect payments using POS or digital tools with proper documentation.
• Prepare reports on accounts, field activities, and fraud checks.
• Document interactions and maintain orderly records of negotiations.
