Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, SHS or college level.
• Experience in collections, customer service, sales, field work, or credit investigation is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
• Familiar with using mobile applications and digital reporting tools.
• Honest, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Own motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customer locations to collect outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account concerns professionally.
• Verify customer information, addresses, and account status during field visits.
• Submit daily collection reports and field activity updates.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
• Coordinate with the Collections Team regarding payment commitments and account updates.
• Meet assigned collection targets and productivity goals.
