Job summary

Discovery Capital Finance Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Field Collector to visit borrowers with past due loans, collect payments, and document activities in the collection system.

You will negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines, travel to assigned areas on motorcycles, and provide clear reports to the Credit and Collection team. The role requires strong communication, integrity, and a customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Honesty, integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willing to perform extensive fieldwork and travel to assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to collect past due loan payments and charges.
• Communicate with borrowers to remind due dates and discuss payment obligations.
• Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines.
• Issue collection receipts and document all collections in the system.
• Document collection activities, commitments, and visit results accurately.
• Monitor promised payments and follow up as needed.
