Job summary

Qualifications

• HS graduate with willingness to be assigned to Taguig areas within the listed responsibilities.
• Ability to contact customers and collect payments professionally.
• Must be comfortable using own cellphone for work purposes and carrying basic gear.

Responsibilities

• Pre-collection and resolution of past due accounts by engaging customers directly.
• Carry out fieldwork meeting customers and collect payments using POS or digital tools.
• Prepare status reports on past due balances and field activities.
• Document interactions, visits, and validation results in the mobile app.
• Perform other duties to support changing business needs.
