Job summary

Salmon Group in the Philippines is seeking a Field Collector Officer to visit clients in person, assess overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.

You will document all visits, coordinate with the legal team for unresolved cases, and travel across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao to ensure timely collections.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection or similar customer-facing role.
• Sales, customer service, or field-based experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of financial or debt recovery processes is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients in a professional, empathetic, and persuasive manner.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with clients who may be resistant to paying.
• Field collectors for Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
