Job summary

Salmon Group in the Philippines is seeking a Field Collector Officer to visit clients’ residences or businesses to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements. The role requires maintaining follow-ups and documenting every visit.

You will work on the road across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao with potential collaboration with the legal team for unresolved cases. Experience in debt collection or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection or similar customer-facing role.
• Sales, customer service, or field-based experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial or debt recovery processes is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal, professional, empathetic and persuasive communication.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients' residences or businesses to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers behind on bills.
• Maintain follow-up to ensure payment deadlines are met.
• Document visits and interactions with clients with up-to-date information.
