Job summary

Zion 100 Lending Investors Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Officer to join our Credit team. This full-time role requires regular field visits, professional client communication, and accurate daily reporting of collections.

You will negotiate payment arrangements, follow up overdue accounts, and collaborate with the credit team to update client information. A college level education and prior lending or field-work experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to borrowers' locations to collect outstanding loan payments and arrears.
• Remind borrowers of scheduled and outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement terms with clients.
• Follow up past due accounts through personal visits.
• Submit daily collection and field activity reports.
• Identify borrowers needing further follow up or escalation.
• Handle cash collections securely and reconcile daily collections.
• Identify and escalate cases requiring legal action or special handling procedures.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with borrowers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the credit team to update client information and account status.

About the role

Zion 100 Lending Investors Inc. is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Field Collection Officer to join our Credit team. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Field Collection Officer, you are responsible for the timely collection and follow-up of loan payments from borrower. The position requires regular visits, professional communication with clients, proper documentation of collections and submission of daily collection reports.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to borrowers' locations to collect outstanding loan payments and arrears
• Remind borrowers for scheduled and outstanding balances
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement terms with clients to resolve overdue accounts
• Follow up past due accounts through personal visits
• Submit daily collection and field activity reports
• Identify borrowers who may need further follow up or escalation
• Handle cash collections securely and reconcile daily collections against recorded transactions
• Identify and escalation cases requiring legal action or special handling procedures
• Build and maintain professional relationships with borrowers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Perform other collection-related duties assigned by management
• Collaborate with the credit team to update client information and account status

• Physical capability to conduct regular field visits and travel within Metro Manila
• Honest , responsible and trustworthy
• Sound knowledge of credit collection procedures, lending regulations, and consumer protection laws in the Philippines
• Honest and ethical approach to financial transactions with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst being part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with the local area is an advantage
• Previous experience in loan management or financial institutions is highly desirable
• Must be willing to work with current and past due accounts
• With its own Motorcycle and Driver's License
