Job summary

SUMISHO MOTOR FINANCE CORPORATION in the Pangasinan Calasiao area is seeking a Collections Specialist with proven experience in credit collection and motorcycle repossession. The role requires supervision and field work to support branch targets.

The candidate should have a 4-year degree or higher, strong negotiation skills, and a valid motorcycle license to operate a unit. Reporting to the Calasiao branch, you will drive policy enforcement and team development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course in Business or Finance, or at least college level.
• Must have proven skills in negotiation and motorcycle repossession.
• Minimum 3 years in Collection and Credit; at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Willing to do field work.
• Must have a Non-Professional Driver's License and motorcycle unit.
• Amenable to report to Calasiao, Pangasinan Branch.
• Preferably residing in Pangasinan.

Job description:

1. JOB PURPOSE

Enforce the company’s credit policy and ensure that the collections targets are met or exceeded.

1. JOB SCOPE

• Implement Policies, System and Procedures in the Branch relative to the collection of receivables.
• Collect branch’s accounts receivables and/or other debts owed to Sumisho through effective accounts management (i.e. monitoring of delinquent accounts and assigning them to Field Collectors for collection).
• Supervise, train, coach and develop a team of Collectors (i.e. In-House Collections Staff and Field Collectors) in the assigned branch to ensure individual KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and branch’s monthly collections target are met or exceeded.
