Job summary

Sumisho Motor Finance Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced Collections Supervisor to enforce credit policy and drive branch collections targets. The role involves overseeing in-house and field collectors and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements include a 4-year business/finace degree or college level, 3+ years in collections, 1+ year in supervision, motorcycle driving with a valid license, and willingness to work in Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course in Business and Finance or college level.
• Must have proven skills in negotiation and motorcycle repossession.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Collection and Credit and minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Must be willing to do field work.
• Must have Non-Professional Driver's License and Motorcycle Unit.
• Amenable to report in Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro Branch.
• Preferably residing in Oriental Mindoro.

Responsibilities

• Enforce the company’s credit policy and ensure that the collections targets are met or exceeded.
• Implement Policies, System and Procedures in the Branch relative to the collection of receivables.
• Collect branch’s accounts receivables and/or other debts owed to Sumisho through effective accounts management (i.e. monitoring of delinquent accounts and assigning them to Field Collectors for collection).
• Supervise, train, coach and develop a team of Collectors in the assigned branch to ensure individual KPIs and branch’s monthly collections target are met or exceeded.
