Job summary

You will build and maintain a healthy pipeline and coordinate with the Sales team to convert prospects into clients. The role requires strong English communication, willingness to perform field work around Metro Manila, and flexibility for longer hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Knowledgeable in modular fabrication and familiar with furniture.
• Technical knowledge in structural works is a plus.
• Willing to do field work around Metro Manila.
• Willing to do clerical/admin tasks (e.g. liquidations).
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
• Good English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Can extend long hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and pipeline development through calls, networking, and research.
• Conduct market analysis to spot opportunities and trends.
• Build and maintain client relationships from initial contact to Sales handoff.
• Represent the brand at industry events and explore partnerships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and contacts.
