Job summary

OSREM GLOBAL Communication Inc. seeks a proactive Business Developer to grow our client base in the Philippine building and property sector. You will spend significant time in the field, meeting property managers, engineers, contractors, and developers to forge long-term partnerships.

You’ll lead prospecting, presentations, and negotiations, with a track record in B2B sales and channel partnerships. Metro Manila/NCR experience preferred; strong communication and closing skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development or related roles such as B2B sales, account management or field sales.
• Proven track record in lead generation, prospecting, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Experience selling to property developers, property management companies, contractors, engineering firms, or corporate accounts is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospects such as property developers, property management companies, contractors, engineering firms, and corporate accounts.
• Locate and build relationships with decision-makers, including property managers, building administrators, engineering heads, facility managers, and procurement officers.
• Understand each client's building needs and propose solutions that fit.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and channel partners.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and move deals from first contact to a signed agreement.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with contractors, suppliers, and referral partners.
• Keep in regular contact with existing clients to support repeat business and long-term accounts.
• Conduct frequent client meetings and site visits within Metro Manila/NCR and other areas as business requires.
