Job summary

WORKSWELL ENTERPRISES INC is seeking a capable, results‑driven professional in Metro Manila to drive new business development for interior fit-out, construction, and design‑and‑build projects. You will build networks with architects and developers, present commercial proposals, and help close contracts.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, strong commercial awareness, and solid knowledge of building materials and estimation processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, specifically within interior fit-out, construction, or design-and-build industries.
• Skills: Strong commercial awareness, excellent presentation skills, and a solid understanding of building materials, fabrication, and estimation processes.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Find new clients, corporate accounts, and real estate projects. Build strong networks with architects, interior designers, general contractors, and property developers.
• Client Engagement: Meet with prospective clients to understand their design, space planning, and budget requirements. Present commercial proposals and pitch design-and-build solutions.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue targets. Prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports for company leaders.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with internal design, engineering, and project management teams. Ensure that client requests match realistic construction timelines and cost structures before closing contracts.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead price negotiations, finalize contract terms, and secure project deposits or milestone payments.
