Job summary

Manatal in Manila is seeking an Associate – Client Lifecycle Management – Fiduciary to support the Manila Center of Excellence. You will work under supervision of team leads and AVP to serve internal stakeholders and ensure accurate contract review and service delivery.

The role involves handling digital documents, fee templates, Docusign envelopes, and risk-control activities. It offers exposure to revenue processes and cross-functional collaboration within a Legal/Finance oriented fiduciary

Responsibilities

• Assist with client lifecycle management under supervision of team leads (SUP) and AVP.
• Identify and prepare digital documents and client notes per protocols.
• Prepare fee templates based on internal accounting reports for Delaware/Global Entity Services.
• Rename and file invoices and documents in the internal system per fiduciary guidelines.
• Assist with planning and communication with internal stakeholders across the workstreams.
• Support risk control and efficiency improvements within the business process management area.
