Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of contract management experience on complex, high-stakes deals.
• Proven leadership with ability to mentor staff and influence outcomes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management activities for project accounts or portfolios.
• Coordinate with client teams to support day-to-day contract management needs.
• Mentor junior staff and foster strong team performance.
• Identify and mitigate contract-related risks and issues.
• Support pre-award activities including responses to RFPs and negotiations.
• Draft/SOWs, change orders, subcontracts and NDAs with quality and timeliness.
