Job summary

Maples Group is seeking a Supervisor for Client Lifecycle Management – Fiduciary in Manila. The role leads 1–4 junior staff, manages contract reviews, and coordinates cross-border workflows across multiple jurisdictions from our Manila Center of Excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years in fiduciary services or entity management, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role. This position requires collaboration with global stakeholders and adherence to strict risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data/Computer Science, or Administration.
• 4–6 years of related professional experience in fiduciary services, client lifecycle, or entity management.
• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role managing direct reports.
• Willingness to work during public holidays as required by the business.
• Proven ability to handle quality control and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the allocation and quality control of contract reviews and deliverables across multiple jurisdictions and workstreams (Revenue Opportunities, Delaware/Global Entity Services, and DocuSign filing).
• Supervise and mentor 1-4 junior staff members, overseeing their daily workflow, performance planning, and professional development.
• Liaise with global stakeholders to manage changes, set expectations, and streamline business processes within the Manila Center of Excellence.
• Analyze workstream data to identify, generate, and publish monthly KPIs for management and risk reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk management requirements while facilitating the migration of new processes.
