Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines seeks a highly accurate, organized legal professional to prepare fiduciary court accountings and filing packages for attorney and senior paralegal review. You will review case files, reconcile schedules, and draft petitions using firm templates to deliver complete, filing-ready work products.

The role requires 3+ years in legal support or fiduciary accounting, advanced Excel skills, and strong English writing ability.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant professional experience in legal support, paralegal work, fiduciary accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, or another document-intensive role.
Experience preparing or reconciling financial schedules using bank statements and source documents.
Experience drafting or assembling formal legal or regulated professional documents.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting and filtering, date handling, reconciliation, error checking.

Responsibilities

Fiduciary Accounting & Financial Review: review statements, prepare schedules, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies.
Legal Drafting: draft accounting petitions, reports, and pleadings using firm templates; document fiduciary details and transactions.
Filing Package Preparation: assemble orders, notices, declarations, proofs of service, and supporting exhibits.
Matter & Workflow Management: review matters, maintain organized files, and track deadlines.
