Job summary

MicroSourcing is expanding its Manila operations and is seeking a Supervisor – Client Lifecycle Management – Fiduciary. You will lead 1–4 junior staff, drive process migrations, and collaborate with AVP on key projects and risk reporting.

You will oversee Delaware and Global Entity Services workstreams, review contracts, ensure data accuracy, and maintain SOPs while delivering timely engagements. Strong English skills and compliance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience supervising 1–4 staff in onboarding, lifecycle, or fiduciary services.
• Excellent English communication for global stakeholders.
• Strong risk management and compliance awareness.
• Ability to train and manage daily performance of 1–4 reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise daily workflows for direct reports.
• Oversee contract review allocations across jurisdictions.
• Lead Delaware and Global Entity Services workstreams.
