MA Financial Group is seeking a Client Services Associate/Executive in the Philippines to deliver exceptional service to advisers and clients across private credit, real estate, and hospitality. You will onboard, respond to inquiries, and manage unit registry in collaboration with internal teams.

The role emphasizes maintaining accurate client records, reporting, and driving process improvements to enhance the client experience. Experience with unit registry is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client services to advisers, high net worth, institutional and retail clients.
• Experience with unit registry operations is desirable.
• Ability to onboard clients and respond to enquiries efficiently.
• Ability to manage complaints and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Demonstrated accuracy in client records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client servicing including onboarding and enquiries.
• Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
• Oversee external unit registry operations and maintain data accuracy.
• Coordinate fund applications, distributions, redemptions, and client reporting with teams.
• Support fundraising activities and monthly fund intakes and corporate actions.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to boost efficiency.
