Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc in Cebu City is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support the Field Execution Executive by coordinating with internal and external partners on merchandising and activation targets.

You will assist in area execution planning, conduct trade visits to monitor manpower deployment and execution quality, and help maintain inventory and reports. Strong communication, organization, and Excel skills are essential, as is willingness to travel and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in field operations or trade marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to travel and conduct field work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Field Execution Executive in coordinating with internal and external partners on merchandising and activation targets.
• Assist in area execution planning, including area allocation, agency requirements, cost estimates, and ground readiness.
• Conduct trade visits to monitor manpower deployment, execution quality, and compliance with agreed standards and materials.
• Identify and elevate area issues and recommend solutions within execution policies.
• Reinforce the No PO, No Execution policy at the area level.
• Ensure execution results are properly recorded in the TPA Execution Tracker.
• Review post-mortem results submitted by third-party agencies and identify execution issues for improvement.
• Track TPA scorecard submissions and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct warehouse visits to inspect the condition of Trade Marketing assets.
• Maintain and update inventory reports in coordination with third-party agencies.
• Provide operational and reporting support to ensure timely and complete execution of Trade Marketing activities.
