Job summary

Shopee is seeking a dedicated Seller Success & Relationship Management professional in Manila to be the main contact for assigned sellers, including senior stakeholders. You will build long-term, trust-based relationships and stay responsive even beyond standard hours as needed.

You will support onboarding, ensure compliance for FBS, monitor inventory, address billing and VAS concerns, coordinate with warehouse, logistics and finance, analyze data for growth opportunities, and help campaigns

• Drive seller engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and FBS compliance.
• Monitor inventory and replenishment; prevent stockouts.
• Address billing, reconciliation, and value-added service (VAS) concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics, finance) to resolve seller issues.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Build action plans to increase ADO (Average Daily Orders) and expand assortment.
• Support campaigns and initiatives with category and marketing teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure policy compliance.
