Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some tertiary education or certification in customer service is advantageous.
• Proven customer service experience, ideally in consultancy, strategy or professional services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically about customer challenges.
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
• Ability to stay calm, patient and professional under pressure.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple interactions simultaneously.
• A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Flexibility to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels promptly and professionally.
