YWA Human Resource Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Cebu City on a full-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to start immediately, with a streamlined one-day onboarding process designed to get you productive and contributing right away. As a CSR, you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, providing exceptional service and support whilst managing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer engagement and satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction
• Documenting all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company systems
• Providing product and service information to customers, addressing questions and concerns comprehensively
• Following established protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all customer interactions
• Escalating complex or sensitive issues to appropriate management when necessary
• Contributing to the achievement of customer service metrics and performance targets
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance overall service delivery
