Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to use computer systems and call center software effectively.
• Multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.
• Demonstrates empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
• Good time management and adherence to performance metrics.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities
