This is a full-time position based in Angeles City, Pampanga, offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic customer service environment. As a CSR, you will be the front line of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service quality. This role is critical to our company's success, as your interactions directly impact customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. We are currently in our final interview stage with Wave 1, and qualified candidates can progress through our streamlined virtual recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

What we’re looking for

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly under pressure
• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers
• Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting agreed schedules
• Ability to work as part of a team whilst also working independently
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
