GAMA Foods Corporation is seeking a Broiler Farm Technical Manager to oversee daily broiler farm operations at Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, ensuring proper flock management and compliance with farm standards.

You will work closely with farm staff to meet production targets, maintain flock health, and drive continuous improvement in farm performance, with stay-in arrangements and meals provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
Open to fresh graduates of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
Experience in broiler farm operations, flock management, or poultry production is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work and stay in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily broiler farm operations and ensure proper flock management.
Monitor flock health, growth, feed consumption, mortality, and overall performance.
Ensure proper implementation of biosecurity, sanitation, and farm protocols.
Supervise and guide farm personnel in following proper farm procedures and practices.
Monitor farm performance and recommend actions to improve productivity and achieve production targets.
