Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical equipment used in poultry farm operations
• Troubleshoot and repair farm systems such as automated feeding, ventilation, lighting, water systems, sensors, motors, and control panels
• Conduct routine inspections of farm equipment and facilities and identify potential technical issues before they affect operations
• Maintain maintenance records, tools, equipment, and spare parts while ensuring proper documentation of repairs and activities
• Coordinate with Farm Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure reliable equipment performance while following safety, biosecurity, and farm maintenance standards

Job Summary

The Farm Maintenance team is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the reliable operation of electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical, and farm utility systems within GAMA Foods' poultry farms. The role supports daily farm operations by conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and responding to technical concerns involving critical poultry production systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or any related technical course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in electrical, electronics, electro-mechanical, or farm equipment maintenance is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems, wiring, motors, control panels, sensors, automation, and basic troubleshooting
• Willing to stay in the farm and work in a field-based poultry environment
