Strong leadership and animal welfare are essential to meet production targets. The position is full-time and stay-in with free meals and accommodation, requiring on-site commitment and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine or related course.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial poultry farm management or similar operations.
• Strong knowledge of broiler flock management, feed programs, vaccination schedules, and biosecurity protocols.
• Proven leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to stay on-site at the farm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily broiler farm operations, including feeding, health management, and environmental control.
• Monitor flock performance and implement corrective measures to optimize productivity.
• Develop, implement, and enforce biosecurity, safety, and quality protocols.
• Supervise, train, and mentor farm staff to ensure adherence to operational and technical standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, feed, and technical teams for efficient workflow and resource utilization.
• Prepare and present operational reports, production metrics, and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
