Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation is seeking a Broiler Area Consultant to guide contract growers and company-owned farms in Cagayan de Oro. You will monitor operations, ensure adherence to standards, and drive production performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine (or related) and at least 2 years in poultry operations, with strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Production, or related fields
• At least 2 years of related work experience as Area Consultant or in Poultry Operations
• Proficient in oral and written communication
• Knowledge of poultry production systems and farm operations
• Has a valid driver’s license and can drive

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze farm data to provide technical recommendations
• Inspect farms, poultry houses, and facilities to ensure readiness prior to DOC placement
• Monitor farm activities, conduct process audits, and enforce biosecurity compliance
• Provide guidance to growers on best practices, health management, and performance improvement
• Prepare and submit reports on farm conditions and performance metrics

We are looking for a Broiler Area Consultant who will provide technical expertise and guidance to contract growers and company-owned farms. The ideal candidate will monitor farm operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and help drive production performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Production, or related courses

• Preferably with at least 2 years of related work experience as Area Consultant or in Poultry Operations

• Proficient in communication, both oral and written

• Knowledgeable in poultry production systems and farm operations

• Knows how to drive and with a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:
