Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation is seeking a Corporate and Audit Technical Manager to oversee and manage the technical and quality aspects of poultry production. The ideal candidate will lead the department in ensuring that high-quality products are consistently produced and that all production processes comply with company standards.

The role requires a veterinary or animal science background with several years of poultry industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Production, or related field.
• At least 5 years of related experience in the Poultry industry preferred.
• Proven ability to lead poultry production operations and meet KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of poultry husbandry, health management, feeding, and biosecurity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the technical and quality aspects of poultry production.
• Lead the department to ensure high-quality products and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct audits and assess production output and operational compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in production processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize performance at the Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro site.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Corporate and Audit Technical Manager to oversee and manage the technical and quality aspects of poultry production. The ideal candidate will lead the department in ensuring that high-quality products are consistently produced and that all production processes comply with company standards.

Requirements:

• A Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Production, or a related field

• Preferably with at least 5 years of related experience in the Poultry industry

• Proficiency in leading and managing poultry production operations, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met

• In-depth knowledge of poultry husbandry practices, including feeding, breeding, health management, and biosecurity protocols

• Expertise in poultry disease management, including diagnosis, prevention, and control

• Familiarity with poultry production processes and ability to identify production bottlenecks or inefficiencies

• Ability to conduct audits and assess the quality of production output and operational compliance

• Area of assignment: Cagayan de Oro City
