Job summary

Top Taste Trading Inc. is seeking a dedicated Facility Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of our facilities.

You will supervise personnel, coordinate maintenance and housekeeping, and ensure buildings and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and operational. The role requires supervising staff across sites, preparing schedules and reports, and coordinating with technicians, contractors, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in facility management, site operations, housekeeping, or building maintenance, preferably with supervising personnel.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, civil works, and general facility operations.
• With a valid driver’s license and willingness to drive for inspections and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage manpower schedules and area assignments, and monitor attendance and performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to check cleanliness, safety, and overall facility conditions.
• Oversee and coordinate building maintenance, repairs, utilities, and other facility-related concerns.
• Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and other assigned personnel across company sites.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational concerns related to assigned sites.
• Prepare basic reports, schedules, and facility-related documentation for Management.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, suppliers, and other departments regarding facility and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor the proper condition and operation of buildings, equipment, utilities, and other facilities.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to different company sites, including Clark Safari and other facilities, as needed.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
