Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduate. Must possess a valid TESDA NC II Certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Experience in budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and related tools.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
